FAQ with flip cards

Hover or focus each card to read the answer. We include limitations on purpose—knowing what we do not automate keeps deployments calmer than surprise gaps discovered mid-rollout.

Does OrbitMesh One replace our existing MDM?

Most customers keep their MDM for low-level control while OrbitMesh orchestrates policies, analytics, and support workflows on top. If you need a full replacement roadmap, we scope that separately because it touches procurement and identity systems.

Which device families are supported out of the box?

We focus on Android Enterprise modes, modern Windows management channels, and common kiosk shells. Legacy proprietary scanners may require vendor-specific bridges that we document honestly during discovery.

How quickly can a new branch inherit policies?

With zero-touch enrollment configured, many teams activate a template bundle within a day. Speed still depends on your identity provider hygiene and shipping logistics for hardware.

What happens if our internet drops at a store?

Cached policies continue to enforce last-known-good rules for supported platforms. Live remote assist may pause until connectivity returns, and we surface offline duration in analytics so you can prioritize upgrades.

Who answers when we page overnight?

Premium tiers include defined bridge windows. Standard tiers use business-hour routing with documented escalation paths. We do not promise instant miracles—response targets are spelled out in your order form.

Can franchise owners see other owners' data?

No. Data realms separate tenants unless you configure explicit delegated access for consultants you trust. Auditors can receive read-only exports without interactive browsing rights.

Are prices all-inclusive?

Console fees cover software licensing for the selected suites. Taxes, hardware, cellular data, and third-party marketplace fees appear on their respective invoices.

What is not included in a standard subscription?

On-site cabling, physical security, and bespoke legal opinions are outside the subscription. We provide templates and mappings, but your counsel remains responsible for final compliance decisions.
