Privacy Policy

We collect account identifiers, billing contacts, technical telemetry from managed devices as configured by your administrators, support ticket content, and cookie data described in the Cookie Policy. Telemetry scope depends on suites enabled; you control many collection switches. We do not intentionally collect special-category health data beyond what your configuration transmits. If you integrate third-party directories, we process directory attributes needed to provision access and may log synchronization outcomes for troubleshooting.

Depending on your role and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability regarding personal data we control as a processor or controller. Business administrators can perform many actions directly in the console. Individuals may contact welcome@talk-zonehub.one for requests that require manual review. We verify requests to reduce fraud and may deny requests that jeopardize others' rights or are manifestly excessive.

We use subprocessors for hosting, authentication, email delivery, and error monitoring. An up-to-date list is available upon request for enterprise customers and summarized in onboarding materials for standard tiers. Subprocessors are bound by written agreements requiring appropriate technical and organizational measures. Changes that materially affect risk are communicated with reasonable advance notice when feasible. You remain responsible for evaluating integrations you enable that send data to vendors outside OrbitMesh One.

This policy covers processing related to the OrbitMesh One websites, consoles, and supporting services operated from Korea and associated cloud regions disclosed during contracting. It does not govern purely offline activities or third-party sites linked for convenience. Separate policies may apply to community events or beta programs when explicitly posted. If translations differ, the Korean-language enterprise version prevails for negotiated customers when identified in your data processing addendum.

Account and billing records are retained for the duration of the relationship plus periods required by tax and commercial law, often seven years for invoice evidence unless your jurisdiction mandates otherwise. Telemetry may roll up into aggregated statistics with shorter raw retention windows configurable by tier. Deleted accounts may leave residual backups until rotation completes. Support transcripts follow a default eighteen-month retention unless you purchase extended archival controls.

Privacy inquiries may be sent to welcome@talk-zonehub.one with subject lines that help us route your request quickly. For regulatory communications, include your organization name, approximate account creation date, and whether you act as controller or processor relative to the data in question. We aim to acknowledge substantive requests within five business days, subject to legitimate complexity and verification steps.

We use data to operate, secure, and improve the service, communicate about incidents, fulfill contracts, comply with law, and produce anonymized benchmarks when you opt in. We do not sell personal data in the sense of exchanging lists for unrelated third-party marketing. Product education emails respect marketing preferences where technically enforced. Machine learning features, when offered, are trained on aggregated or de-identified datasets rather than customer conversations unless a separate consent applies.
