Certain professional services that have already been delivered, bespoke migration work performed at your request, and third-party pass-through fees are generally non-refundable once consumed or committed.
Enterprise agreements may carve out different refund mechanics; where a written order form conflicts with this page, the order form controls for that transaction.
Promotional credits or trial extensions have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for currency.
Process
To request a refund or cancellation, email welcome@talk-zonehub.one with your organization name, subscription identifiers, and the reason for the request.
We may ask clarifying questions to route the request to billing operations. Approved refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method unless that channel is unavailable.
You should export any data you need before service access ends; post-termination exports may be limited by technical retention schedules.

Billing disputes should include invoice numbers and approximate charge dates to speed reconciliation.
If you believe a charge is fraudulent, contact your bank and notify us so we can correlate security logs without delaying your fraud reporting obligations.
Escalations for unresolved refund disagreements may be referenced in your enterprise governance addendum when one exists.
Eligibility
Customers who purchase online subscriptions directly from OrbitMesh One generally have fourteen days from initial payment to cancel for convenience when no material usage has occurred beyond evaluation allowances published at purchase.
Business purchasers may have distinct eligibility under negotiated contracts. Governmental entities may be subject to procurement rules that supersede this summary.
If you received discounted annual pricing, partial refunds may be calculated using straight-line amortization unless your order states otherwise.
Scope
This policy covers software subscription fees billed by OrbitMesh One for standard catalog suites. It does not govern hardware resellers, marketplaces, or integrators who invoice you separately.
Taxes collected and remitted according to invoice jurisdiction are refunded only when the underlying fee is refunded and local rules permit automatic tax adjustments.
Cross-border currency fluctuations between approval and settlement may produce minor differences that are not fees charged by OrbitMesh One.
Timeframe
After approval, refunds usually post within ten business days, depending on card networks and banking holidays in Korea and your bank's country.
Access to paid features typically continues until the end of the paid period unless immediate suspension is requested for security reasons.
If a refund is rejected, we provide written reasons referencing the applicable contractual clauses so you can decide on next steps.
Where Korean consumer law grants mandatory cooling-off rights to eligible consumers, those rights apply in addition to any voluntary policies described here.
You may also have rights to remedy defective performance before cancellation; we encourage opening a support ticket to resolve functional issues first.
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable statutory protections.
