Either party may end the agreement by providing thirty days written notice unless a separate order form specifies a different notice period for enterprise commitments. If you materially breach acceptable use rules and do not remedy the breach within fifteen days of notice, OrbitMesh One may suspend access immediately where necessary to protect other customers. Upon termination you remain responsible for fees incurred up to the effective date. Export obligations for your data are described in the privacy materials and depend on the technical options available at the time.

OrbitMesh One provides unified endpoint management software and related professional services as described in your order documentation. Features available to you depend on the suites purchased and the configuration choices you enable. The service evolves through updates that may change interfaces or retire legacy pathways when security or reliability requires it. We publish release notes for substantive changes when reasonably practical. Documentation and knowledge base articles are provided for guidance but do not override the express commitments in your contract.

You agree to provide accurate registration information, protect administrator credentials, and ensure your staff use the console consistent with applicable laws in the Republic of Korea and other regions where you operate. You must not attempt to probe, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service except where mandatory law permits interoperability research that cannot be waived by contract. You remain responsible for obtaining rights to manage end-user devices and for informing employees and contractors about monitoring or support features you enable.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would point to another jurisdiction. Courts in Seoul, Korea shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless your enterprise agreement selects binding arbitration with a written seat and rules. You may also have non-waivable rights under Korean consumer protection statutes when you qualify as a consumer rather than a business customer.

By creating an account, clicking an acceptance control, or using paid features after receiving an order confirmation, you accept these terms on behalf of the organization identified in the order. If you are accepting on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. Individuals under sixteen should not register without verifiable parental or guardian consent. If you do not agree, you must not use the service or must discontinue use and follow the cancellation steps outlined in your order form.

To the fullest extent permitted by Korean law, OrbitMesh One is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, except where such exclusion is prohibited. Aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the agreement typically caps at the fees you paid for the affected suites during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless a different cap is negotiated in writing. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other categories that cannot legally be limited.

OrbitMesh One retains all rights, title, and interest in the software, documentation, and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service during the subscription term. Feedback you voluntarily provide may be used to improve products without obligation to compensate you, except where a separate innovation agreement states otherwise. You may not remove proprietary notices, copy the visual design into competing products, or imply endorsement without written permission.
